Save the date: HERI@5 Annual Fundraising Gala, 12 December
Join us on Saturday, 12 December 2026 to celebrate five years of HERI-Kenya and help raise funds for the years ahead.
HERI-Kenya marks five years of work this year, and we are celebrating with our annual fundraising gala, online, on Saturday, 12 December 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (9:00 PM in Kenya).
The gala brings together, from wherever they are, the communities we serve, our partners, supporters, board and members to celebrate five years of science-driven work for healthier environments and communities on Kenya’s coast.
Funds raised will help us:
- Expand the Black Soldier Fly Farm’s waste processing capacity
- Build a sustainability training and research hub
- Grow green livelihood programmes for youth and women
- Strengthen our capacity to reach more communities
Joining is free: just register on the gala page and we’ll send you the link. You can also sponsor the gala — and if you can’t attend, you can still support our work online.
