HERI-Kenya at the Bahari Yetu Festival
HERI-Kenya took part in the Bahari Yetu Festival at Regatta Beach, Galu — "Our Ocean, Our Responsibility: every step counts against plastic pollution".
On 26 September 2026, HERI-Kenya joined the Bahari Yetu Festival at Regatta Beach, Galu, organised by COASTED with partners including WeWorld, Barnfonden and CRAWN Trust.
The festival’s theme — Our Ocean, Our Responsibility: Every Step Counts Against Plastic Pollution — sits at the heart of our work on waste, plastics and coastal health. HERI-Kenya received a certificate of participation recognising our strong commitment to protecting the ocean and environment.
